I’ve mostly used usta to find and keep track of local leagues, it gets the job done. I was in a relaxed mood the last time I used it, just trying to check schedules and standings without overthinking it, and I do like having all the team info in one spot. The captains around here seem to stay on top of updates too, which helps a lot. My only real complaint is that the site can feel a little clunky, especially when I’m on my phone. Still, overall, it’s been solid for league organization...

I mostly use usta after league nights to check match results, it’s been straightforward. Scores usually pop up fast. Team standings are easy enough to find too, without clicking all over the place. Not every page is perfect, of course. A little clunky here and there. But for reporting scores and looking up results, it does what I need. Nice having everything in one spot after matches.

They helped me out really fast, which was such a relief. I was expecting it to take longer, don’t know why, maybe past experiences, but nope, it got sorted quickly. Anyway, really appreciate it, thanks!

I’ve used usta.com a handful of times when I needed tennis info, it’s been fine for me. The site loads without giving me a headache, the details I’m looking for are usually clear, and I haven’t run into any weird popups or sketchy nonsense. It’s not the flashiest site out there, but for what I need, I trust it enough.

The payment went through fine, but the receipt took way too long to show up. I don’t remember it being this slow before, so it was a little frustrating waiting around for confirmation

I tried using the site, but it was annoying. The menus felt confusing and took forever to load, and I kept getting stuck not knowing what I was supposed to click next. It really needs clearer steps and a smoother layout...

I mostly use usta for the coaching resources, and from what I’ve tried so far, it’s been really helpful. The drills and lesson ideas are easy to follow and don’t feel overly complicated, which is nice when I’m planning for different age groups. I can’t say I’ve explored every part of the site, but the stuff I have used has definitely saved me time. Some pages can take a little digging to find, but overall I’ve been happy with it.

I’m not going to pretend the system is flawless, and I definitely double-check things before assuming anything is final, but overall it feels fair. Most wins and losses seem to affect ratings in a way that makes sense. Every now and then updates take a while, or a match result feels a little off, but I get that it can’t be 100% exact. For what I need, it works well enough. 4 stars from me.

I totally understand why USTA has the Safe Play rules, like obviously it’s important and I’m not arguing with the purpose of it. But actually getting through the process on the website was kind of a mess. I kept thinking I was missing something because the steps weren’t super clear, then I’d click one link and it would send me somewhere else, and then another page would send me back around again. It just felt like I was wandering through the site trying to piece it together. Approval also took longer than I expected, which made it more stressful than it needed to be. I did contact support and they were fine, not rude or anything, but I wouldn’t say they cleared things up much either. Overall, I’m glad Safe Play exists, but the way you have to complete it really needs to be easier...

I use usta when I’m trying to find tennis programs, and it’s fine for the most part, but the availability can be frustrating. Some areas have a bunch of options, then other places barely show anything close by. I don’t really have the patience to keep digging around when nothing local comes up. It works okay, I just wish they had more nearby programs listed...

I’ve met some really nice players through this and ended up joining a few fun local events. It’s been a chill and enjoyable experience overall...

I requested a refund through USTA, it was a slow and confusing process. I had to follow up more than once before anything really moved forward. I did get my money back in the end, but compared to other sites where refunds are handled much faster and with less hassle, this felt more frustrating than it needed to be

Logging in worked without any issues, but trying to change my details took way longer than it should have. I ended up wasting so much time and energy on something that should’ve been quick and simple.

I’ve used usta scheduling before, and this time it was mostly smooth again. I was able to find my match times quickly without any hassle. The only thing I noticed was that a few updates could’ve shown up a little faster, but overall it worked fine for me.

I found the rules I needed quick, so that was nice. A few pages feel kinda messy or not super organized, but overall it did the job and was useful.

I’ve found USTA helpful while looking into junior development options and local programs for my kid. The player pathway information and tournament details are there and make sense once you spend a little time navigating the site. That said, a few pages feel a bit tucked away, and some information could be clearer. Overall though, it’s a solid resource and definitely useful. I’d give it 4 stars.

I found matches really fast, no weird loading issues or anything. It just worked smoothly, which was nice.
